HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Typically, you will receive a tracking number notification email as soon as your parcel is shipped. You can then insert it here in order to check for updates regarding the location of your package.

Tracking numbers usually become active within 1-2 business days after the shipment confirmation email has been sent. Please take into consideration that the tracking activity may experience delays caused by the shipping process.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

From our homepage

1) Select the category that you are interested in the homepage or menu,

2) Select the product you like,

3) Choose your quantity, size, design or preferred color, fill in the requested information, then click on ‘Add to cart’,

4) You may continue browsing or click on ‘cart’ icon and then press “check out” button,

5) Apply the discount code if you have one. Fill in the requested information and press ‘Continue to shipping method’.

6) Fill in the requested information in the shipping method section and then click ‘complete order’

7) Please be attentive when filling your email address. After this, we will send out the order confirmation so please check your order confirmation email to make sure that everything is correct.

8) All good! you have placed your order successfully :)

HOW MANY DISCOUNT CODES CAN I USE PER TRANSACTION?

A: Keep in mind that, only one discount code per transaction can be used, therefore choose your discount code wisely

IS THERE A PHYSICAL STORE WHERE I CAN CHECK OUT YOUR PRODUCTS?

A: We do love to show you our products and meet you in person. Unfortunately, we don’t have any physical stores at the moment. All orders are placed directly on our website.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: We accept usual forms of payment: credit cards, debit cards 

Due to security reasons, cash-on-delivery payments are not accepted. All payment information is confidential and secure.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER

A: It’s depending on the product you’ve purchased. Apparel products might take longer than non-apparel products. In general, you will be expected to receive your order in 20 - 50 business days (which does not include weekends/ holidays). However, personalized products like mugs, laptop sleeves will generally takes about 7 - 25 business days. 

However, please expect a delay in the delivery of your orders. We seek your understanding & patience as we continue to operate during this COVID-19 pandemic period. Typically, you will receive a tracking number notification email as soon as your parcel is shipped.

If you need the order by a specific date, we advise you to order about 4-8 weeks in advance.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC?

A:Yes, it is! According to an official statement by the WHO (World Health Organization), the likelihood of catching the virus that causes the COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is really low. 

However, please expect a delay in the delivery of your orders. We seek your understanding & patience as we continue to operate during this COVID-19 pandemic period. 

I NEVER GOT MY PACKAGE! WHAT SHALL I DO?

A: Take a deep breath and stay calm. Drop us an email support@doggohooman.com and tell us your situation. We will try our best to take good care of every customers’ situation.

WHY THERE WAS ONLY PART OF MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED?

A: We have warehouse at different locations. It’s depending on the products that you have ordered. Need not to worry that it does not cost you extra if we ship multiple packages.

On top of that, some centers tend to ship faster than the other. Hence, if you have not received all of your items, please be patient, your other order will be on its way later.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: We takes customer satisfaction very seriously, therefore we always make sure that all orders are processed as soonest as possible.

Making an order cancelation will disrupt our fulfilment process. If you wish to make an order cancelation, please make sure that you get us informed via email support@doggohooman.com as soonest as possible (best practice is within 2 hours after making the purchase). It is never guaranteed that we can cancel an order, but do contact us and let us know what’s your concern and we will try to cancel.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM OR GET A REFUND?

A: Drop us an email support@doggohooman.com and tell us why do you want to return the item, the invoice number/order confirmation number and attach the photo of the products

Kindly note that personalized products are unique and produced only once ordered therefore returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE EXTRA CHARGES LIKE VAT OR TAXES?

A: Yes, as we do not cover the extra charges such as VAT or other taxes (customs duties or fees levied by your destination country).
