You have to provide us a pawfect photo of your doggo which we will create the artwork based on the photo you provided.
We will send through a copy of the artwork we create for your approval before printing.

What are the photo requirements?

Our artists will create the artwork based on the photo you upload, so it is advisable to follow the tips below for optimal results.

Non-blurry, non-overexposed high definition image
Good lighting
Make sure no part of the face is obstructed in the photo

What Happens If My Photo is not Useable?

Rest assured that we won't create art from an image that isn't suitable! We want you to have the best-looking product. In any case that the originally submitted image is not suitable, we will contact you to ask you to provide another image.

Can I Ask for a Refund if the Item is Not as Described?

We promise money back if the item you received is not as described, or if your item is not delivered within 60 days. Drop us an email support@doggohooman.com or submit your contact us form and tell us your situation.

When will I Receive My Order?

It’s depending on where is your location. In general, you will be expected to receive your order in 7 - 20 business days (which does not include weekends/ holidays).

However, please expect a delay in the delivery of your orders. We seek your understanding & patience as we continue to operate during this COVID-19 pandemic period. Typically, you will receive a tracking number notification email as soon as your parcel is shipped.
